TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Once session has started, services are 100% non-refundable. 

2) My services are for spiritual, inspirational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. I make no promises regarding the accuracy or quality of the information and guidance given by me. 

3) Omitting your personal information, I may use parts of your session to educate others. 

4) Any decisions the client makes, and the consequences thereof are the client’s own.

5) You agree you have voluntarily requested your session of your own free will 

6) You have read and fully understand the disclaimer on this site

7) Ryan reserves the right to refuse services for any reason.

8) Ryan reserves the right to change prices at any time. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1) It is the client’s responsibility to notify Ryan 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session if they cannot make it. Ryan will wait for 15 minutes before noting the client has not turned up for the session. The client will be charged for 50% of the session if they do not turn up, unless it is an emergency situation. If Ryan needs to cancel the session, she will give 48 hours notice, unless it is an emergency situation or due to illness.

By accepting my services you agree and fully comprehend that:

1) You are at least 18 years of age

2) My advice is not to be used in place of financial, medical, health, or psychological care or assitance

3) You accept complete responsibility for your own financial, medical, health, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical well-being.

4) you understand the future is forever changing and there are no guarantees made from me or from our session together that something will or won't happen. You understand I make no guarantees as to the accuracy of the information I offer or the information on this website.

5) what you decide to do with the information that I give you, including any actions you take, is down to your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings, mentoring, and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. 

6) you are accepting the terms of this agreement, disclaimer, and liability release, by your own free will while fully comprehending what you are doing and the result and consequences of your actions
